Privacy statement

Who

Oggel Codelabs is the sole proprietorship of Mathijs Oggel in Haarlem, the Netherlands. I am responsible for the processing of data through oggel-codelabs.nl and oggel-codelabs.com. Questions: mathijs@oggel-codelabs.nl.

Which data, and why

• → Contact by e-mail or through the calendar: your name, e-mail address and what you write. Purpose: answering your question and scheduling a call. Basis: carrying out what you ask me.
• → The software check: your e-mail address, company name, optionally your first name, your twelve answers, the score, the time and the campaign source (utm parameters) that brought you to the site. Purpose: e-mailing your result and, with your consent, four follow-up e-mails about the technical review. Basis: consent, which you withdraw by unsubscribing.
• → Visitor statistics: I use Simple Analytics. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data. There is no advertising pixel on the site.

Who else has access

E-mail is sent through Resend, which acts as a processor for me. Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which has its own privacy statement. The site runs on servers within the EU. I do not sell data and share it with nobody other than these processors.

For how long

Data from the software check is kept until twelve months after the last contact, unless we start working together; then the agreements of that collaboration apply. Contact e-mails are kept as long as needed for your question or the collaboration, and afterwards only what the statutory retention period for records requires.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. One e-mail to mathijs@oggel-codelabs.nl is enough; you will hear back within a week. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
