NPSpack

NPSpack is a great example of a successful MVP project. In just 2 weeks we developed from an idea to a fully working product: a simple NPS tool with a "pay once, own forever" model. The goal was to quickly validate whether this business model would work in a market that normally runs on subscriptions.

The biggest challenges were making a one-line JavaScript integration technically possible, delivering maximum value with minimal functionality, and achieving a fast go-to-market. By focusing on core functionality and short iterations, we were able to build a lightweight but powerful NPS tool that was immediately deployable and could compete with much larger alternatives.

The result includes a working JavaScript widget with one-line integration, a real-time dashboard for NPS analysis, Stripe integration for direct payments, multi-site management and customizable styling, and production-ready hosting with first customers.

Thanks to a pragmatic tech stack (Laravel 12, Livewire, vanilla JavaScript) we could switch quickly without compromising on quality. Where traditional SaaS development takes months and tens of thousands of euros, this MVP approach delivered a market-ready product for a fraction of the time and cost. NPSpack now runs live, serves real customers and forms the perfect foundation for further growth.
